He cares about you as a person and a patient, goes above and beyond, listens and hears, respects you…he is present! Not afraid of challenges be it a rare disease process that’s ratio is 1in 1 million , insurance issues etc. I’ve been with Bluebird Health (Dr. Gragert) for over 2 years during which time I have felt heard, respected and received the best care and treatment. Bonnie ComptonWe joined Bluebird Health and met Dr. Gragert almost 1 1/2 years ago. It has been great having a direct care family doctor that you are seen by each and every time. He is very caring and has been available when we have gotten ill as well as having our yearly checkups. My husband and I are in our 60's, our daughter is in her 20's and he is a great doctor for all of us. Besides the perk of having a doctor who takes the time you need in an appointment and getting you in very quickly, his reasonable monthly cost and not having to fool with insurance with the steep prices that ensue is wonderful. We are also able to get low cost prescriptions we need as well as get a great break on supplements, and the labs are so much more reasonable than we have ever experienced anywhere else. Also, his current phlebotomist, Wendy, did a great job recently drawing my husband's blood for labs. (Elsewhere it has usually taken the phlebotomist several times to get a good vein.) We have recommended Dr. Gragert many times to others both in our Church congregation as well as in our community, and it has been great to see some of them join Bluebird Health. Sandiy HyattI was referred to Bluebird from my New Naturopath in Kalispell to have my blood drawn by Kiersten....I am a Very Difficult Draw. The Appointment went Great!! I am 60 yrs. old & NEVER had a Blood draw go Smooth!!! No Pain, No Bruises & On the Very 1st Stick Kiersten got All 6 vials of my blood.....Well about 2 weeks later I got Some type of Respiratory Virus (not Covid)....Well my New Naturopath failed me & out of Desperation I called Bluebird to see if by Any Chance I could be seen in their office (I literally could not breathe)!! Now this was Quite late in the afternoon & no one answered....But within seconds I had a return call....My husband answered & spoke to Dr Gragert for me....At this point I was unable to catch my breath enough to talk. Dr Gragert called an Antibotic & a Steroid in to Pharmacy. I have Never even seen Dr Gragert or have given him one cent at this point.The Doctor was on scene at a Raging Fire at the time & Still He did what he told me he would do & he did it Immediately!! Dr Gragert & Kiersten are my God Sends & I will FOREVER be Grateful to them Both!! I know if it wasn't for Dr Gragert I would be in Hospital or Worse!! I Will & would Highly recommend them Both!! This Is the way Health CARE (keyword) should be. After all isn't that the Most Crucial thing in Anyone's life??! So Please do yourself a Favor & Call Bluebird if You Truly want a Caring Health Professional taking care of you & your Loved Ones.....Thank You Dr Gragert & God Bless You!!
